Moving Your Balance Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawal requests start in the same cashier you used to deposit. Pick the method that matches how you funded your account — we route payouts back through the same rail where possible. Venmo and PayPal are the two paths most commonly used for outbound transfers. Play+ carries a balance you can spend like a debit card, which makes it a flexible payout
option as well. Your account verification status affects how quickly a request moves through the queue, so completing identity checks before you request a withdrawal keeps things moving without interruption.
- Head to the Cashier — Open the cashier and select the withdrawal tab. Your available balance is displayed before you enter any amount.
- Select a Payout Method — Choose PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ as your payout destination. We recommend matching this to your original deposit method.
- Enter the Withdrawal Amount — Type the amount you want to move out. The cashier confirms what will remain in your account after the transfer.
- Submit and Track — Submit the request. You can check its status inside your account transaction history at any time.
